Ang lahat ng ani ay nagsisimula sa isang punla.

Ngunit paano kung ang mga naghaharing uri ang siyang tanging nakikinabang sa bawat masagang ani ng ating mga sakahan? Paano naman kung ang mga sakahan mismo ang kinakamkam para sa interes ng iilan? At paano kung ang mga magsasaka na ang pinatatahimik dahil sa kanilang paglaban?

Ngayong darating na Opening Salvo, patuloy tayo sa ating mga panawagan para sa karapatan sa lupa, pagkain, at buhay. Buong tapang na bitbit nina Lakan Luigi Belaro at Lakambini Colenn Limbaga ang mga adhikai't boses ng mga magsasaka't pesante sa patuloy na pakikipaglaban para sa lipunang may katarungan at pagkakapantay-pantay.

Paghusayan at lagi't-laging tumindig—mula sa masa, para sa masa.

Isang Maligayang Kaarawan, Sir Arcel!

Ngayong araw, ipinagdiriwang natin hindi lamang ang inyong kaarawan, kundi pati na rin ang inyong dedikasyon, at mahusay na pamumuno, bilang tagapayo ng CS LSC. Ang inyong patuloy na paggabay at suporta ay nagsisilbing inspirasyon sa bawat isa sa amin upang patuloy na magsikap, at palakasin ang diwa ng pagkakaisa at pagtutulungan sa ating kolehiyo.

Nawa’y patuloy kayong pagkalooban ng mabuting kalusugan, kaligayahan, at tagumpay sa lahat ng inyong mithiin.

KILALANIN ANG ATING MGA TAGAPAGSALITA PARA SA DAGSIN 3RD QUEST! 💚🪄

Sa pagpapatuloy ng ating paglalakbay tungo sa mas matatag na pamumuno, makakasama natin ang dalawang dedikadong lider-estudyante na magbabahagi ng kanilang malawak na kaalaman at karanasan upang higit na linangin ang ating kakayahan sa lehislatura, adbokasya, at responsableng paglilingkod sa pamayanan.

1. JEROLBE A. CAPULE
Si Jerolbe A. Capule ay kasalukuyang mag-aaral ng BS Accounting Information System (3rd Year) sa Bulacan State University at isanf Certified Bookkeeper.

Nagsilbi siya bilang Senador at tagapangulo ng Committee Student Groups at Bayanihan Tayo Committee. Sa kasalukuyan, siya ang Vice President at Legislative Branch Head ng BulSU Supreme Student Council, pati na rin National Co-Convenor ng NO to Pax Silica Network.

Bilang pangunahing may-akda ng iba't ibang mahalagang ordinansa at resolusyon—tulad ng Genuine Free Education Network Ordinance, Working Students Coalition Ordinance, at BUKLURAN Ordinance—ibabahagi niya ang kaniyang kaalaman sa pagbuo ng mga policya at programang nakatuon sa kapakanan at karapatan ng bawat mag-aaral.

2. HARLY FRANCISCO
Si Harly Francisco ay kasalukuyang mag-aaral ng Bachelor of Public Administration sa Bulacan State University. May malawak siyang karanasan sa pagsusulong ng pagkakapantay-pantay, inclusivity, at karapatang pang-estudyante. Nagsilbi siya sa iba't ibang kapakipakinabang na posisyon at proyekto sa loob at labas ng pamantasan, at kasalukuyang nagsisilbi rin bilang Consultant sa Office of Rep. Mader Perci Cendaña sa Mababang Kapulungan ng Kongreso.

Sa kasalukuyan, siya ay nagsisilbi bilang Main Campus Senator ng BulSU SG Supreme Student Council, Tagapangulo (Chairperson) ng BulSU SG Gender Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee, at Leading Convenor ng Advocates for Rights, Inclusion, and Students Empowerment (ARISE) Network.

Sa pamamagitan ng kanilang pagbabahagi, patuloy nating pagtitibayin ang ating prinsipyo at kakayahan bilang mga lider na hindi lamang mahusay sa pagkilos, kundi may malasakit, integridad, at malinaw na layunin sa bawat tungkulin.

[OFFICE ORDER NO. 011 SERIES OF 2026]

Head of the Local Executive Body, Governor Leandro Gabriele Austria, published Office Order No. 011, s. 2026.

According to the Student Government Constitution and By-Laws, Article V Section 4 states that the Governor shall “Call regular LSC meetings for the furtherance of its programs and projects”.

The College of Science Local Student Council is scheduled to hold its fifth executive body meeting on Friday, October 23, 2026, at 6:00 PM via Google Meet. The session, to be led by the Governor, will focus on outlining upcoming plans and events for the student council.

[BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH]

It is important to recognize that breast cancer can affect anyone with breast tissue. While risk factors are reversible, knowing the signs and being aware of changes in your breasts can help encourage early detection and immediate care.

So let's take a step to raise awareness, encourage early detection, and remind one another that seeking help early makes a difference.

This month, we recognize the people fighting today. The survivors who carry personal stories with them, the families who walk beside them, and the ones whose memory will forever remain in our hearts.

This October, we honor every journey, every battle, every survivor, every family, and every life touched by breast cancer.
