𝐏𝐂𝐂𝐑 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓 | 𝟑𝐑𝐃 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝟒𝐓𝐇 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐎𝐅 𝐌𝐒-𝟏 𝐒𝐘 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕
On 25 October 2026, under the leadership of 𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐀𝐋𝐕𝐈𝐍 𝐁 𝐀𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐋 (𝐈𝐍𝐅) 𝐏𝐀, Commandant, with the administrative support of 𝐌𝐬. 𝐌𝐞𝐥𝐟𝐞 𝐆 𝐃𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐚, NSTP-ROTC Coordinator, the PCCR ROTC Unit conducted the 3rd and 4th Training Day for Military Science 1 (MS-1) cadets for School Year 2026–2027 through a virtual teleconference session
At 0700H, all cadets were instructed to join their respective company’s designated Google Meet sessions and prepare for the day’s activities.
At 0730H, the program commenced with the singing of the National Anthem, followed by the invocation and the PCCR Hymn. Cadets were then given 15 minutes to complete their attendance forms for the 3rd Training Day.
At 0800H, 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝐀𝐧𝐧 𝐌 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐳𝐚 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬) delivered a lecture on Values Development, emphasizing integrity, loyalty, responsibility, discipline, and adherence to the chain of command. At 0835H, a five-minute break was provided, followed by a question-and-answer session that continued until 0955H to assess the cadets’ understanding of the lesson.
At 1000H, 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐲𝐧 𝐃𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐳 𝐄 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐬 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬) discussed Military Customs and Traditions 1, highlighting military heritage, proper courtesies, unity, respect, and professionalism. At 1058H, cadets were given five minutes for personal necessities, followed by a question-and-answer session to evaluate their comprehension.
At 1300H, cadets completed their attendance forms for the 4th Training Day. At 1320H, 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐥 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐝 𝐒 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬) delivered a lecture on Followership 1, emphasizing teamwork, accountability, critical thinking, respect for leadership, and the importance of effective followership in mission accomplishment. The lecture concluded at 1350H, followed by a 15-minute quiz that ended at 1415H. At 1420H, the battalions conducted question-and-answer sessions to assess the cadets’ understanding of the topic.
At 1530H, 𝐒𝐠𝐭 𝐄𝐥𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐈 𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐚 𝐏𝐀 (𝐑𝐞𝐬) delivered the final lecture on AFP Core Values, underscoring the importance of Honor, Patriotism, and Duty in shaping disciplined, ethical, and responsible military personnel. At 1600H, cadets were given five minutes for personal necessities, followed by another question-and-answer session.
At 1645H, cadets were instructed to complete their time-out forms for the 4th Training Day before leaving their respective Google Meet sessions. At 1700H, all cadets were officially dismissed, marking the successful completion of the 3rd and 4th Training Day of MS-1.
As the cadets continue their ROTC journey, may the values of discipline, leadership, and service guide them in becoming responsible citizens and future defenders of the nation.
