Greetings, Lasallians!

The Department of Biology is conducting its mandatory department-wide pre-enlistment survey for all undergraduate students planning to take Biology courses in Term 2, Academic Year 2026–2027.

This initiative aims to gather accurate information on students’ academic progress, course requirements, and enrollment needs. Your responses will help the Department assess course demand, plan class sections and laboratory resources, and coordinate faculty loading to support a smoother enlistment process.

All students, including those who are on-track and off-track, are required to accomplish the survey. Off-track students include those who have incurred course failures, taken a leave of absence, shifted from other programs, or transferred from other institutions.

Please note that off-track students who do not accomplish the survey will not be accommodated in petitions for the opening of off-track courses. While the survey will help the Department plan appropriate course offerings, submission does not guarantee enrollment in preferred courses or sections. GE and PE courses are excluded.

Students are also encouraged to refer to their respective curriculum flowcharts when identifying the courses they intend to take next term. The survey complements the pre-enlistment initiative of the Science College Government (SCG) and will help the Department align student demand with academic programming requirements.

🚨 𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡, 𝗕𝗜𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗚𝗬 𝗠𝗔𝗝𝗢𝗥𝗦: 𝗣𝗥𝗘-𝗘𝗡𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗧 𝗡𝗢𝗪! 🚨

Following deliberations with the Undergraduate Program Coordinators (UPCs), there are more than 300 students who have yet to accomplish their pre-enlistment.

We strongly encourage all Biology majors who have not yet completed the Pre-Enlistment Form to submit their responses as soon as possible. These numbers are crucial in helping the administration determine course demand, secure enough slots, and minimize potential issues during the actual enlistment period.

𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: This is only for Biology students who have NOT YET completed their pre-enlistment. If you have already submitted the form, there is no need to answer it again.

Please make sure to accomplish the form before the deadline. Your participation matters in helping ensure that enough slots are available for Biology majors during the actual enlistment period.
