During the month of May, we proudly continue to show support for our community during Mental Health Awareness Month. 💕💚 The Mental Health Awareness Committee created a more personal message to remind others that it is okay to slow down, breathe, and take time for yourself.
Take a moment to practice breathing and grounding techniques, enjoy a mindful walk, appreciate God’s beautiful green earth, and relax through slow breathing and positive affirmations. In the midst of busy schedules and life’s daily challenges, protecting your peace and mental wellness matters.
Please remember to be kind, extend grace, and love on one another. A small act of compassion can make a lasting impact on someone’s life.
