🎶 DELTA STATE UNIVERSITY STUDENT COMPLETES PRESTIGIOUS INTERNSHIP AT ROYAL STUDIOS IN MEMPHIS 🎶

The Delta Music Institute (DMI) at Delta State University proudly recognizes graduating senior Cidney Dailey for completing a highly competitive internship at the legendary Royal Studios in Memphis, Tennessee.

Under the mentorship of acclaimed producer and engineer Boo Mitchell, Cidney gained hands-on experience in one of the most historically significant recording environments in the music industry. Royal Studios—known for its work with iconic artists—continues to serve as a hub for world-class music production.

Cidney is earning her Bachelor of Science in Entertainment Industry Studies with a concentration in Audio Engineering Technology, and this experience represents the kind of real-world, industry-level opportunity that defines the DMI program.

Gabe Ingram was recognized as the DMI Outstanding Audio Engineering Technology student, Marion Cork was recognized as the DMI Outstanding Entertainment Industry Entrepreneurship student, and Pacey Thompson received the Faculty & Staff Choice award.
