Friendly reminder, CEHHS students: applications for the CEHHS Ambassador program are still open!

If you enjoy meeting people, building community, and being someone others can count on, this is a great fit. We’re selecting 4 Ambassadors—each will receive a $1,000 scholarship plus membership in a professional development organization of your choice.

Ambassadors build leadership and professional skills, create meaningful ways for CEHHS students to connect, help design a signature CEHHS event, and represent CEHHS at university-wide events.

You can start your application now and come back to it later—just submit by Sunday, May 17.

We are excited to celebrate a new dual enrollment collaboration between UM-Dearborn and Jackson Preparatory and Early College (JPEC) in Jackson, Michigan. 🎉

This agreement will expand opportunities for JPEC students to take UM-Dearborn courses, including offerings through the College of Education, Health, and Human Services (CEHHS).

The partnership grew from a connection made with JPEC President Jonathon Marowelli during the Jackson College/UM-Dearborn Online Elementary Education articulation agreement signing at Jackson College in August 2025-showing how meaningful conversations can lead to new pathways for students.

We look forward to supporting JPEC students as they begin exploring college-level learning with UM-Dearborn.
