Last week, we spotlighted women entrepreneurs. This week, let us put our support into action!

Make a meaningful choice to support a woman-owned small business.

Shop with intention by booking a service, purchasing a product, visiting a local business, or recommending one to someone in your network. You can also make a difference by sharing a post, leaving a thoughtful review, or referring a business to someone who may benefit from its products or services.

This week’s challenge: Support at least one woman-owned small business—and invite someone else to join you.

Today is National Boss’ Day, and Gamma Phi Delta Sorority, Incorporated honors our International Supreme Basileus and CEO, Dr. Kartessa Bell.

Leadership at this level is measured in the details most people never see: the late-night reviews, the decisions made with the whole Sisterhood in mind, the steady hand on the governance that keeps an 83-year legacy moving with purpose. Dr. Bell carries that weight with clarity, discipline, and grace.

Madam President, thank you for leading with vision and holding the standard. Sorors across every region see the work, and we are better for it.

We look forward to seeing you there. Bring a friend
