We provide Academic and Career Exploration (ACE) at Southeastern Louisiana University.

The Center for Student Excellence has new resources this fall, including Academic and Career Exploration coaches (ACE) and a Transfer Student Coordinator. Coaches help students who no longer have a freshmen advisor and who want help reaching their academic goals or exploring careers and majors that best fit their strengths.

Yesterday, our ACE Coaches visited the RA Staff Meeting in Twelve Oaks Hall. The Coaches allowed over 70 RAs and trainees to get a sample of ways ACE Coaches support students.
Participants problem-solved real-life college scenarios, evaluated priorities, experimented with learning strategies, explored their circle of control, and collected tips, tools, and encouraging words for other RAs.
Thank you, SLU Housing for having us! We truly enjoyed our time with your staff!!

If you think our office could help your organization, please reach out to [email protected]!
