We’re excited to welcome Addy Beimford, our new Assistant Director of Development!

Addy obtained her B.A. in Music and M.A. in English with a concentration in Digital Literary Studies at California Baptist University. Most recently, she served as the Development Associate at the Mr. Holland’s Opus Foundation in Burbank. She is excited to engage with alumni and the Long Beach community to support the library at CSULB. Welcome to the team, Addy! ✨

This newest volume is the first at The Beach to be published on Open Journal Systems (OJS), an open-access platform that provides infrastructure to allow this student-led journal to publish digital editions. Based on ethnographic research, the book examines how Christian conservative movements reshaped constitutional narratives and their impact on American democracy.
