USC Chan Division Global Initiatives

USC Chan Division Global Initiatives To expand the USC Chan Division's collaborative relationships with the global occupational therapy community and to support current international students.

Recognizing that our world is becoming increasingly interconnected and interdependent, and with the firm belief that occupational therapy plays an integral role in enriching the health and well-being of all people, we are pleased to launch the USC Chan Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy Global Initiatives. By forging vibrant partnerships with occupational therapists and occu

pational scientists from around the world, as well as by fostering increased mutual learning among USC faculty and students, we enhance the ability of our profession to influence the health and quality of life of individuals worldwide. We also recognize the existing global reputation of USC, which draws thousands of international students to the university every year. We therefore understand that a core strength of our division is its diverse and exceptional international students and faculty. The faculty members, postdoctoral fellows and graduate students who together compose Global Initiatives are currently developing a wide variety of global projects. We gladly welcome ideas and suggestions from faculty, staff and students as we envision an increasingly globally-connected USC Chan Division of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy.
