A heartfelt thank you to MDF Instruments for their continued generosity and support of our Kenya program. ๐Ÿ’™

Through their donation of stethoscopes and blood pressure monitoring equipment, our students and faculty are able to use these essential tools during their work in Kenya before donating them to local clinics and hospitals. These contributions help expand access to care and leave a lasting impact long after our program concludes.

We are grateful for partners like MDF Instruments who help support global health initiatives and improve patient care around the world. ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿฉบ

Collaboration across institutions is helping shape the future of pediatric nursing research in Milwaukee.

Faculty from UWMโ€™s School of Nursing partner with Children's Wisconsin and regional researchers through the Pediatric Nursing Research Consortium of Milwaukee to advance nurse scientist-led research and improve outcomes for children and families.

From theory-based interventions to the development of the ePed app, UWM researchers, students and clinical partners are helping translate evidence into real-world pediatric care.

As healthcare needs continue to evolve, many advanced practice registered nurses are choosing to expand their expertise through post-graduate certificate programs.

From psychiatric mental health to family practice and acute care, these programs help APRNs build specialized skills while continuing to serve patients in an increasingly complex healthcare landscape.

Current PMHNP certificate student Kim shares why she chose to pursue an additional certification and how the experience helped prepare her for the next step in her career.

A meaningful tradition and an unforgettable milestone. ๐ŸŽ“

On Saturday morning, our nursing graduates came together with faculty, family, and friends to celebrate this yearโ€™s nursing pinning ceremony. A cherished rite of passage in nursing, the ceremony marks studentsโ€™ official transition from nursing school into the professional nursing community.

We are so proud of our graduates and grateful for the faculty and mentors who supported them throughout their journeys. The future of nursing is in great hands. ๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿ’›
