October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. 💜

We stand with survivors, uplift their voices, and continue to raise awareness. Together, we can break the silence, support one another, and help create safer communities for all.

09/30/2026

Silence is not neutral. We stand for safety, accountability, and a sisterhood that refuses to stay silent.

We will continue to uplift survivors, encourage conversations around consent, and advocate for safer spaces for everyone. Real sisterhood speaks up, supports, and protects.

❤️ World Heart Day | September 29 ❤️

Today, we’re reminded that taking care of our hearts is an investment in a healthier tomorrow. From moving our bodies and nourishing ourselves to managing stress and keeping an eye on our numbers, small choices can make a meaningful difference. 🫀✨

Let’s prioritize heart health—not just today, but every day.

❤️ Healthier Hearts. Stronger Tomorrows.

✨ WE CHOOSE. ✨

Hazing has no place in our sisterhood. Leadership means creating spaces where every sister feels valued, respected, supported, and safe. We have the power to challenge harmful behaviors, break unhealthy cycles, and choose a better way forward. 🫶🏽

Be the leader. Prevent hazing. Eliminate mean girl culture.
