NYHAC invites you to a special virtual legal workshop on Guardianship under New York State Mental Hygiene Law Article 81. This informative discussion will help community members better understand the guardianship process and the legal considerations involved when an adult 18 years or older may need support managing personal needs, property, or both.

The 8th Annual AKA Tau Omega College Fair was an absolute BLAST! From connecting with future college students to sharing the opportunities and legacy of Hampton University, Saturday was a reminder of why student recruitment matters.

Now, we’re calling on YOU!

The NYHAC Student Recruitment Committee is looking for Hampton alumni who are ready to share their Hampton experience, inspire future Pirates, and help the next generation find their Home by the Sea.

Yesterday, NYHAC took over The Fox Harlem for the 101st Battle of the Real HU but the turnout was GREAT!
The final score may not have gone our way, with Howard taking the win 27–13, but one thing was clear: Hampton showed up! NYHAC Pirates came out in full force to cheer, fellowship, talk a little football, and represent Home by the Sea.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the watch party such a great afternoon. 💙⚓️

You are cordially invited to this year's Summer Picnic Social to welcome Hampton's incoming freshman, the Class of 2030, congratulate the class of 2026, and fellowship with current students and area alumni.

The picnic will take place on Saturday, July 25 from 12 noon to 5:00pm at Riverbank State Park, located at 679 Riverside Drive at 145th Street, Harlem, New York.

To offset the costs, we are charging $25 per person which includes food and drinks. Attendance is complimentary to incoming freshmen and their parent(s), current students, and our graduates from the Class of 2026.

We hope your schedule will allow you to attend and ask that you RSVP/Register no later than 12 noon, Monday, July 20 so that we can prepare adequately. Join the New York Hampton Alumni Chapter for our 2nd Annual Pirates @ Sag Harbor as we spend a spectacular summer day together at Havens Beach!
