💗 36 years of showing up. 36 years of making a difference.

For 36 consecutive years, Pace University has been named the largest university team at the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure!

Led by team captain Dr. Ellen Mandel, professor emerita, the Pace community came together on October 24 to walk across the Brooklyn Bridge in support of those affected by breast cancer and the ongoing search for a cure.

A Little Creativity. A Lot of Heart.

A handmade bracelet, a crocheted teddy bear, or an origami butterfly can bring a little joy when it's needed most.

Pace University senior Michael Savchuk is helping bring the Creative heARTS initiative to the Pace community, collecting handmade creations for patients and healthcare workers at White Plains Hospital.

Since launching in 2022, the program has received more than 28,000 handmade items—and every new contribution helps spread comfort, connection, and kindness.

Want to get involved? No artistic experience is needed! Students, faculty, and staff can donate handmade crafts at the following Pleasantville Campus locations:

Today, October 27, the Andrew Goodman Foundation hosts an important conversation with Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist Nikole Hannah-Jones, David Goodman, brother of civil rights activist Andrew Goodman, and Robert Masters, Freedom Summer volunteer and Chair Emeritus of the Andrew Goodman Foundation.

Together, they'll reflect on the legacy of those who risked their safety in the fight for racial justice and explore what their stories can teach us about standing up for equality today.
