Tasty Tuesday is HERE! 🥟

Gaucha Empanadas is on campus today with handmade Argentine empanadas, savory and sweet. Think smoky asado, chorizo and cheese, creamy spinach and ratatouille, plus dessert empanadas if you’re feeling bold. There are meat, vegetarian, plant-based and gluten-free options, and every order comes with dipping sauces.

This family-owned truck is a local favorite, and a hand-held lunch is just right for a beautiful day outside.

Tomorrow, CMB Plaza turns into the biggest foam party of the semester 🫧

Foam Splash is happening Thursday, Oct. 22 from Noon to 2 PM at UCF Downtown. Dive into a giant foam pit, enjoy tacos and ice cream, play water games, and be one of the first 200 attendees to score a free rubber duck and exclusive Foam Splash T-shirt.

Tasty Tuesday is HERE — and today's truck is bringing authentic Cuban flavor straight to campus.

A Lo Cubano Kitchen is on campus from 11 AM – 4 PM with Cuban street food made the real way. Cuban sandwiches, Pan con Lechon, Frita Cubana, croquetas, and their Cuban Torrejas with guava and cream cheese foam — you're going to want to try that last one.

B’Girls Catering is joining us for Tasty Tuesday on Sept. 29 with options ranging from jerk chicken soul cups and wing baskets to pork chop sandwiches, catfish nuggets, burgers and loaded cheesesteak fries.

And because no comfort-food spread is complete without sides, you’ll find favorites like dirty rice, fried okra, hush puppies, black beans & rice and green beans on the menu, too.
