It's less than one week since commencement and the interior of the Belanich Engineering Center is already seeing dramatic transformation. In addition to all of the work being done on Guadaulpe hall and the Law parking lot, the Dean's Suite (BEC 336) was demolished this week to make room for a brand new classroom slated to open this fall. We are making remarkable progress here on campus!

We spent months collaborating in digital classrooms, but there is nothing quite like celebrating in person. This afternoon, we hosted a pre-graduation mixer for our Online Master’s graduates to toast to their incredible hard work before they walked the stage at 2:30 today.

To our graduates: Seeing you all together was the highlight of our week. Thank you for making the trip, for bringing your energy and for being such an integral part of this community.

Check out this view! The recently installed windows in our newly renovated second-floor engineering labs are framing the Immaculata perfectly.

Now that finals are officially behind us, it’s time to take a breath and soak in the beauty of the USD campus.
