USD NSBE shined at the NSBE Region VI Fall Regional Conference in Los Angeles, proudly representing the Shiley-Marcos School of Engineering!

The weekend kicked off with an alumni mixer with the Los Angeles Torero Club, in partnership with the Office of Alumni Relations. Thank you to Veronica Varela Reyes and NSBE Alumni Relations Chair Jemila Momoh for bringing our students and alumni together!

Special appreciation to USD NSBE alumni Josh Williams, Jaya Evans, William Buck, and Aliyah Jones for supporting our chapter at the mixer and conference, including those who returned as recruiters.

Our chapter also earned second place in Region VI’s social media competition—a recognition of their creativity, engagement, and chapter pride!

We’re so proud of our USD NSBE students for making their presence felt across the region and showing what student leadership and community look like in action.
