Our New Students & Family Programs team is excited to welcome incoming students and families to campus all summer long! Orientation sessions run June–August 2026. We invite you to join the CSUSM Parent & Family Facebook Group — a space created just for YOU to:

🎟️ Your Orientation pass is ready! 🎟️

Before you sign up for Orientation:
• If you live outside of the CSUSM service area, you may need to apply for on-campus housing.

🏠For housing questions, contact University Housing at 760-750-3730.

How to register:
• Log in to MyCSUSM and select Orientation Reservation from the Student Self-Service box.
• Under Admissions, click Orientation Sign-Up.
• Answer the required questions, including items like pronouns and t-shirt size.
• Choose an available workshop for your major.
• Confirm your reservation, add guest names, acknowledge responsibility for payment, and update your contact information.
• Click Make a Payment to complete your reservation. Be sure to enable pop-ups in your browser.
