Hi Texans! Don't forget that priority registration for our undergraduate students starts tomorrow at 7:00 am!

‼️An important reminder regarding online courses as you look to build your schedules‼️
Online courses, which were previously split into multiple sections by campus, are now combined into one single section. When using Schedule Planner, select both your physical campus location and the Online option if you want to consider registering for online sections.

Our advisors proved today that you don’t need a cup to stay hydrated… you just need a little creativity! 😂💧

From unused urns to feed scoops, mouthwash bottles to boots, our team took on the Anything But a Cup Challenge—and let’s just say, water tastes a little different when it’s served out of a boot. 🥾

We love a good laugh and a chance to get creative together! 💜

Today at our Advising Advance, our Academic Advising team put their creativity to the test with a Mystery Box Challenge—Shark Tank style! 🦈✨

Each group had to invent a product based on a surprise prompt, and let’s just say… the presentations did not disappoint! 😂

🎃 The Halloweeners – Halloween Candy Dispensary System (because candy should be hands-free, right?)

🌪️ Storm Chasers – A hat that predicts the weather (move over, meteorologists!)

🎄 Santa’s Secret Elves – Tarleton State University Helicopter Crash Nativity Scene (this year’s “must-have” Christmas gift?!)

😂 The Hiring Committee – The Purple Poo Prankster (April Fools will never be the same)

🪐 4th Dimension Geometrics – The Voyager (protect yourself from black holes… just in case)

🏎️ The Three R’s – Road Rally Racing (making long meetings fun again!)

And the winner is… 🏆 The Three R’s with their Road Rally Racing idea! 🚗💨👏

✨ What an incredible first day of the Fall semester! ✨
We had the opportunity to meet with so many students yesterday— it was such a busy and exciting day that we almost forgot to pause and celebrate our own advising team’s first day of Fall!

Each year, we mark the start of the semester by recognizing the amazing advisors who guide and support our students, as well as celebrating the years of dedication they’ve given to Tarleton Advising. Enjoy the back to school pictures from some of our staff💜🤠

No problem! We are doing all drop-in advising for the next two weeks. So you either drop by your advisors office location on the Stephenville, Fort Worth, or Waco campuses - or attend via zoom one of the days where we have that option.
