Bronx Community College of The City University of New York offers more than 30 academic programs that prepare students for careers and to continue their education at four-year colleges. Located on a 44.6-acre, tree-lined campus, BCC is home to the Hall of Fame for Great Americans, the country’s first hall of fame. The campus was designated a National Historic Landmark in 2012, becoming the country’s first community college campus to earn such a distinction. The College provides its more than 11,500 students with quality academic programs, outstanding faculty, and flexible class schedules. Students at BCC represent more than 100 countries.

BCC's Early Childhood Center (ECC) has been awarded nearly $2 million in federal funding to help student-parents access high-quality childcare while pursuing their education at BCC.

Designed to support the participation of low-income parents in postsecondary education through campus-based childcare services, BCC will receive $497,666 annually, totaling $1,990,664 over four years, to support its Infant-Toddler Program and 18 student-parent families.
