How to apply:
▫️New Incoming Students: Complete the Application for On-Campus Living in WCU RamPortal and select USH as your provider.
▫️Current WCU Students: Apply through the USH Resident Portal. *must not be currently living on campus
▫️Applications are offered on a rolling basis based on availability and remain open through Winter Break and into the start of the spring semester.

Not returning for the Spring semester? ✔️Start your USH lease termination process today.

December Graduates: You must submit the lease termination form by October 31st.

How to get started:
▪️Log in to the USH Resident Portal
▪️Select Resident Resources → Lease Termination
▪️Select Cancel/Terminate next to Academic Year 2026–2027
▪️When you get to the prompt asking, “When Are You Terminating For?”, select Spring Only.
▪️Complete all steps, including the $200 termination fee!

Important: Submitting the termination request and fee does not end your lease obligations. You remain responsible for rent and your lease until a qualified replacement is identified and completes the required process. Unless you are officially graduating in December 2026, and you will be held responsible.

214 POUNDS & COUNTING! 🍅🌶️🎉

Our USH volunteer has harvested an incredible 214 pounds of fresh produce so far this year, and the season isn’t over yet! The Village Clubhouse Garden on South Campus is STILL growing strong. Peppers, herbs, okra, tomatoes & MORE are still coming in!

The Community Garden harvest is being donated to the WCU Resource Pantry and the WC Food Cupboard, helping fresh food reach our community. 💛💜
