It's been a great summer of Brotherhood, relaxation and laughs but it's time to get back to work.

The Alpha Brothers of Long Island met to reconnect, emphasize collaboration, and to plan out our year. Some exciting things are going to happen this year that will enhance our community. The love and ideas were flowing as indicative of our Fraternity and chapter. In the next few days there will be announcements and congratulatory messages, so stay tuned!

The third and final bookbag and supplies giveaway of the season! The Brothers really showed up for this one which included two locations. We were accompanied by the AKAs of AKA | Kappa Phi Chapter 💕💚 the Deltas of Nassau Alumnae Chapter and the Brothers from Hofstra 707th House of Alpha

The two schools we were able to serve were:

"We’re excited to congratulate Dr. Kendall Richards as he steps into his new role as Supervisor of the South Huntington Academy! A valued member of the South Huntington family since 2018, Dr. Richards has an extensive 25 year background in education as a school social worker, dean, and assistant principal. He is transitioning from his position as AP at Walt Whitman High School to lead the Academy.

The South Huntington Academy is an alternative program that provides tailored instruction, small class environments, and specialized care for high school students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or social-emotional learning needs."

Thank you to all those (~300) who came out to the Golden Cookout! Those who drove from near and as far as New Jersey to chill with us and play in our spades tournament. This is how we say thank you to all who supported us.

Shout out to the Bros that attended from Wall Street Alphas, Westchester Alphas, The Bronx Alphas, and Queens Alphas. Big shout out to the D9 that came through as well.
