Building on the importance of financial responsibility, the second session, “The Role of PDLs in the Community Through Livelihood and Financial Activities,” was discussed by Emjay Cervas, BSBA-FM core faculty member. His discussion focused on the potential of livelihood opportunities and financial activities in helping Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) develop practical skills, become financially responsible, and prepare for their eventual reintegration into the community.

The event then concluded with the singing of the CSPC Hymn, followed by a photo opportunity.
Now in its second year, Project PAG-ASA continued to promote financial literacy among PDLs by providing practical knowledge on budgeting, saving, and managing finances. Through this initiative, JFINEX aimed to equip participants with essential money management skills to support their livelihood and prepare them for life after rehabilitation.
