𝐂𝐓𝐇𝐌 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐱 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 2026 ✨ — PART 2

As the day came to a close, the 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (CTHM) gathered as one family for the much-awaited 𝑷𝒉𝒐𝒆𝒏𝒊𝒙 𝑵𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑻𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒌𝒔𝒈𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑪𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒃𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏—the highlight and grand finale of a day filled with learning, camaraderie, gratitude, and celebration. ❤️‍🔥

Adding a unique and hilarious twist to the celebration, 𝐂𝐓𝐇𝐌 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 “𝐰𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞!”From unexpected fashion choices to fun and creative combinations, everyone embraced the theme and came ready to have fun. The unconventional dress code transformed the evening into a memorable experience filled with laughter, creativity, and unforgettable photos—proving that sometimes, the wrong outfit can create the right memories! 🥳🤩

The evening honored the 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐓𝐇𝐌 during 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐡𝐮𝐠𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐠 2026, recognizing their dedication, teamwork, passion, and commitment throughout the major events, Taja events, and various sports competitions. Behind every performance, game, competition, and achievement were students who gave their time, talents, and best efforts for CTHM. 💜✨

And, of course, no CTHM celebration would be complete without sharing a delicious dinner—a perfect way to gather around one table, enjoy good food, and celebrate the bonds that make CTHM more than just a college.

Phoenix Night reminded us that beyond the competitions and accomplishments, what truly matters is the family we build along the way. We celebrate our victories, appreciate every contribution, and give thanks for the people who continue to make CTHM stronger, bolder, and brighter. 💜

From learning and inspiration in the morning to teamwork, laughter, and unforgettable moments in the afternoon! 🔥

The CTHM Phoenix Day and Thanksgiving Celebration continued with an exciting 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲, where our students were grouped into teams and challenged to conquer 11 different stations designed to test their communication, cooperation, creativity, coordination, and trust. 🤝💪

Each station brought out a different side of our Phoenix family—some moments tested their skills, some challenged their patience, while others filled the day with laughter and fun. But beyond winning each challenge, the activity reminded everyone of one important lesson:

𝑨 𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒎 𝒊𝒔 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒃𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒕 𝒃𝒚 𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒅𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒔 𝒘𝒉𝒐 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒑𝒆𝒕𝒆 𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒕 𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒃𝒚 𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒅𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒔 𝒘𝒉𝒐 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒏 𝒕𝒐 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌 𝒕𝒐𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒕𝒐𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒈𝒐𝒂𝒍. 💜

Through every challenge, cheer, strategy, and celebration, our CTHM students strengthened not only their teamwork but also the camaraderie and sense of belonging that make CTHM one family.

The College of Tourism and Hospitality Management (CTHM) Phoenix Day and Thanksgiving Celebration began with a morning filled with inspiration, learning, and meaningful conversations as our students gathered for a series of seminars designed to ignite their passion and prepare them for the world beyond the classroom. 🌍✨

1st Seminar: “𝘼𝙣𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙣 𝙋𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙”
Our first seminar was delivered by CTHM alumnus 𝐌𝐫. 𝐉𝐚𝐬𝐩𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, currently working as a 2nd Cook Chef at OSM Thome. Sharing his experiences and insights from the industry, Mr. Cabanday reminded our students that passion, perseverance, and commitment can become the foundation for a successful career in the global tourism and hospitality industry. ⚓🌊

2nd Seminar: “𝙁𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙊𝙬𝙣 𝙉𝙞𝙘𝙝𝙚”
The second session featured 𝐌𝐫. 𝐉𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐲 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐂𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚 𝐋𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐫𝐚, co-owner of Occidental Cafe, Ozamiz, who shared valuable insights on discovering one’s strengths, identifying opportunities, and finding a unique place in the competitive tourism and hospitality industry.

More than just listening, our CTHM students actively engaged in the Open Forum, asking questions, sharing thoughts, and connecting the speakers’ experiences to their own aspirations and future careers. 🎤💡

These sessions reminded us that learning extends beyond the four walls of the classroom. Through the stories of our industry practitioners and alumni, our students were inspired to dream bigger, discover their own path, and pursue their passion with purpose.
