𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 | MENTAL HEALTH BREAK

Every voyage comes with its own challenges, and even the strongest sailors need time to pause, breathe, and regain their strength. As we continue sailing toward the horizon of new dimensions, may we be reminded that our journey is not solely defined by how far we go, but also by how well we care for ourselves along the way.

To our fellow DNSCians, let this Mental Health Break be an opportunity to slow down, set aside the weight of academic responsibilities for a while, and give yourselves the rest you deserve. It is okay to take a step back, find your balance, and gather the strength to sail forward again. You do not have to navigate every storm all at once.

Remember, even a ship needs calm waters before it can continue its voyage. Take this time to reconnect with yourself, spend meaningful moments with the people who matter, and remember that your well-being is just as important as your accomplishments.

May we return with renewed spirits, stronger hearts, and the courage to embrace the new horizons that await us.
