“It absolutely takes the whole team.”

Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, Executive Leadership Coach, Speaker watched the US win their World Cup opener yesterday, 4-1. To her, it was incredible teamwork.

“It’s about the teamwork that was required to get there, the communication, the synchronicity, the trust, the ability to put the team above yourself. It’s the team that makes it work, not necessarily the one who gets the goal.”
