Jessie, a passionate coffee shop owner in Cambridge ☕️heard from multiple customers they couldn’t find her shop on Google Maps. Overwhelmed, Jessie reached out to her friend and DEP Digital Navigator, Holli, for help.
💡 In just one tech support session, they walked through the verification process together—and voilà! Her shop is now officially on the map. Literally.

In partnership with American Connection Corps, the AmeriCorps program of Lead For America, and with support from the Idaho Commission for Libraries - ICfL, University of Idaho Extension Digital Economy Program placed 6 Digital Navigators throughout the state of Idaho. They play a crucial role in bridging the digital divide by providing skills training, outreach, support as they work alongside local leaders and community partners to improve digital access and opportunity in Idaho.
