Meet Parker Case 👋

For Parker, being part of the Student Philanthropy Board became one of the most meaningful parts of his Boise State experience.

“Now, I believe that philanthropy is accessible to everyone who wants to make a difference in their community by contributing their time and talents to a worthy cause.”

From studying abroad at Oxford to pursuing a PhD in Comparative Political Science at the University of Utah, Parker is taking the Bronco spirit with him wherever he goes next.

His advice for future Broncos?
Get involved. Try new things. Take advantage of every opportunity that comes your way.

Meet Adriana Aguirre Valenzuela, a Boise State pre-nursing student with a passion for helping others.
Born in Arizona and raised in Mexico, Adriana moved back to the United States three years ago and began searching for a place where she could pursue her dream of working in healthcare. When she visited Boise State, she immediately felt at home.

Adriana’s inspiration to become a nurse came from a deeply personal experience caring for her grandmother after an accident—an experience that showed her the impact compassionate healthcare can have on someone’s life.

“The money from the scholarships is helping me to get to college, to get to my classes, and to have the opportunity to learn new things here in college.”

Adriana hopes to one day give back the same support she has received by helping others pursue their education and care for their communities.

Because of scholarship support, Adriana is one step closer. Your support makes a difference.
