We had the opportunity to learn from Leonard Bradley Jr. who is a principal at DiPrete Engineering, who shared insights from many of the firm’s projects and his professional journey in the field. The discussion covered key aspects of site and infrastructure design including traffic planning, fire safety, lighting, parking design, landscaping, and stormwater management.

It was really interesting to see how all these elements come together in real-world engineering projects to create safe, functional, and sustainable spaces for communities. Thank you for sharing your experience and knowledge with us!

She is now working on the implementation of one of the nations leading building performance standards, the Building Emissions Reduction and Disclosure Ordinance, helping building owners plan their path to net zero emissions by 2050.
