It was another transformative day with Industrial as they explored what it means to develop high-performing teams.

The group opened the day by discussing the importance of self-awareness in collaborative experiences before exploring the foundations of psychological safety and examining how aligning goals and clarifying team dynamics can accelerate positive outcomes, with the help of a citywide scavenger hunt from Purpose Adventures! Then, groups revisited social identity maps to see how their understanding of their roles have shifted. We can't wait to see what this insightful group discovers next!
