Built through hard work, strengthened through faith, & ready for what’s next. ✨

This past Saturday there were many students that graduated with a Bachelor degree in Sport and Exercise Science!

Your dedication, resilience, and passion have carried you through every early morning, long lab, internship experience, and challenge along the way. You are moving to the next season of life with the ability to impact lives, encourage health & wellness, and serve others with compassion and purpose. As you begin this next season, trust that God is guiding every step ahead. Continue to work hard, lead humbly, and shine your light wherever you go.

“Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” – Joshua 1:9

We are beyond proud of all you have accomplished. Congratulations, Class of 2026! 🎓

From classroom concepts to real world research 📊

SPE students wrapped up the semester by showcasing their hard work in Research Strategies through poster presentations! Each project highlights the process of turning curiosity into evidence by diving into literature, designing studies, analyzing data, and communicating meaningful findings.

We are proud of the critical thinking, professionalism, and hard work on displayed today!

Pushing boundaries in the lab 💪

SPE students are get hands-on with Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training—a technique that uses specialized bands to partially restrict blood flow to working muscles during low-load exercise. This allows individuals to build strength and muscle while using lighter weights, reducing stress on joints and tissues.

BFR is widely used in rehabilitation settings, performance training, and injury recovery—making it a powerful tool for future professionals to understand and apply.

Learning the “why” behind the method, not just the movement.

Once again two track records fall and two SPE seniors are part of the history! Congrats to Isaiah Krenek and Sam Ehlke!
