🌟 Gibbs College's Amy Leveno and Mark Leveno have received a 2026 AIA Central States Region Design Award! The duo received the award for their work on the Granger Annex Community Center project located in Garland, Texas. The project is from their co-founded firm, OFFICIAL Design.

📚 Congratulations to Gibbs College's Dr. Amber N. Wiley on her book 𝙈𝙤𝙙𝙚𝙡 𝙎𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙤𝙡𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙈𝙤𝙙𝙚𝙡 𝘾𝙞𝙩𝙮: 𝙍𝙖𝙘𝙚, 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙀𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙉𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣’𝙨 𝘾𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙡, on receiving major honors from the Urban History Association.

Wiley's publication won the Joe William Trotter Jr. Prize for Best First Book in Urban History and received an honorable mention for the inaugural Alison Isenberg Prize for Best Book on Urban Placemaking.
