“Soar To The Polls: Let Justice Unfold”

There is something about walking into the Michigan State Capitol that reminds you exactly why this work matters.

Today, members of Tau Alpha Omega did just that. Michigan AKA Day at the Capitol brought our chapter to Lansing for a full day of advocacy, connection, and purpose. Members moved through the halls of the Anderson House Office Building, sitting down with legislators and having direct, meaningful conversations about the issues our communities live every day, education, health equity, economic empowerment, social justice, and voter protection.

This is the legacy of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® carried forward, one conversation, one legislator, one policy at a time. And Tau Alpha Omega showed up to honor our voice.
