Hello PaSS family!! This time Melaleuca Australia has come with something exciting for men.

They are running a free program promoting physical and mental health for multicultural men, called “Healthy Lifestyle, Healthy Lives.” It involves an hour of exercise followed by an hour of discussion about healthy relationships, gender roles, and self-care.

The first session is from 8:30 – 10:30 am this Thursday, March 21, and it will run for four weeks.

They can provide transportation if required, will have cold drinks during the workout session and pay for coffee at a café during the discussion afterwards. They can drop students off at the CDU campus afterwards if required so that they can still attend classes.
