𝗠𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗵𝗮𝘆, 𝗢𝗟𝗙𝗨! 𝗠𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗵𝗮𝘆, 𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗠! 🌟

A proud moment for OLFU Pampanga! Its College of Hospitality and Institutional Management (CHIM) received the 𝗣𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗺𝘂𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 at the CSFP Tourism Star Awards on October 8, 2026.

This recognition highlights the University's commitment to student development, service, and community engagement through the initiatives of Prof. Jim Enrico C. Balboa and the CHIM-SWEP Office.

The achievement is supported by the leadership of the Dean of CHIM, Dr. Ignacio C. Cordova Jr.; and the OLFU Pampanga Campus Administrator, Dr. Muriel E. Caballero, alongside CHIM Program Heads, Dr. Danica Suba-Barin and Ms. Anna Marie R. Nepomuceno, whose guidance helps strengthen the College's efforts in hospitality education and experiential learning.

Through the simple yet meaningful gesture of saying “𝘔𝘢𝘣𝘶𝘩𝘢𝘺,” CHIM continues to promote the warmth of Filipino hospitality beyond the classroom. During their on-the-job training (OJT), students carry this practice into their professional experiences.

Notably, OLFU was the only university recognized with an award at the event, marking a significant milestone for OLFU Pampanga.

Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU) welcomed Timothy H. Park, Director of the Office of Global Engagement at the University of Hawaiʻi – West Oʻahu, for an official visit on 27 October 2026 at the RISE Tower in OLFU Valenzuela.

The visit brought together representatives from OLFU’s Center for Professional Development and Academic Partnership (CPDAP) and various academic units to discuss potential areas of international collaboration. The program also included tours of the University’s Nursing, Medicine, and Hospitality and Institutional Management facilities.

This engagement marks an important step in exploring a potential partnership that could give Fatimanians greater access to international learning experiences.

Our Lady of Fatima University - Antipolo Campus marks another milestone with the blessing of the new 𝗢𝗟𝗙𝗨 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗼 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗮, a meaningful addition to the University's facilities and its commitment to supporting student-athletes. The arena is located at Marcos Highway corner Ambassador Neri Avenue in Antipolo City.

Featuring a court, swimming pool, running track, gym, dance/martial arts studio, and an area for booths and other activities, the facility offers diverse opportunities for physical fitness, athletic development, recreation, and campus events, where students can stay active, nurture their physical well-being, strengthen teamwork, excel in various sports, or simply come together for fun.

The blessing also ushers in a fresh season of collegiate basketball as the arena prepares to host multiple NAASCU Season 24 basketball games on Wednesday, 28 October 2026.

Catch the OLFU Phoenix as they face the Bestlink Kalasag at 3:00 PM and be part of this exciting new chapter in OLFU Antipolo's sports community!

The College of Hospitality and Institutional Management (OLFU-CHIM) of OLFU Pampanga proudly clinched the 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗮𝗹 at the prestigious 𝟭𝟭𝘁𝗵 𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗣 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸-𝗢𝗳𝗳 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲, held at Clark Parade Grounds on 04 October 2026! 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳

Organized by the Hotels, Allied, Resorts, Restaurants, and Partners Association in Pampanga (HARRP), the event brought together culinary professionals and student chefs to compete in two divisions: the Professionals Category and the Schools Category.

Representing OLFU Pampanga in the Schools Category are talented aspiring chefs from the BS in Culinary Management program: Kirsten Laine Figueroa, Ma. Precious Lorraine S. Melchor, and Bless Charlyn Felizco, together with their coach, Chef Kei Ronquillo!

Their culinary showcase featured three distinctive creations: Pugad Galantina, an heirloom dish; Dayat Malat Palabuk, a noodle dish; and Dutung Tibuktibuk Inambulang Batirul, an innovative dessert.

Congratulations to our future chefs and their coach on their 2nd Place achievement, bringing pride and honor to the University. Your success reflects the value of teamwork, mentorship, and the pursuit of excellence.
