๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ | Authenticity, leadership, and representation take center stage as Queen NVSU 2026 Maxine E. Gammad shares her journey as one of the featured ACHIEVE students in celebration of the 32nd Anniversary of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
An Environmental Science student, Maxineโs story goes beyond academic excellence. It is shaped by advocacy, lived identity, and a commitment to inclusionโreflecting how higher education continues to embrace diverse voices and experiences.
As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, she sees her identity as a source of strength that guides her leadership and service within the university. Through challenges, growth, and meaningful milestonesโincluding her crowning moment as Queen NVSU 2026โMaxine continues to champion visibility, resilience, and representation on campus.
For her, education is not only about achievement, but also about using oneโs voice to inspire change.
