𝐁𝐈𝐍𝐇𝐈 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 | 𝐖𝐑𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐃 𝐔𝐏 🌻

Every seed planted carries a story of hope, growth, and compassion. 🌻

Last October 12, 2026, we gathered for 𝘽𝙄𝙉𝙃𝙄: 𝘼𝙣𝙜 𝙈𝙞𝙧𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙡 𝘽𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙞𝙢𝙗𝙤𝙡𝙤 𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙜𝙮𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙩 𝙋𝙖𝙜𝙠𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙖, a seminar dedicated to raising awareness about mental health and su***de prevention. Through meaningful conversations and shared insights, we were reminded of the importance of understanding, empathy, and creating safe spaces for everyone.

Our heartfelt gratitude to our 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫, 𝐀𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐚 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐚, 𝐑𝐏𝐦, 𝐋𝐏𝐓, 𝐂𝐌𝐇𝐓, for sharing her knowledge and insights, and to our 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗘𝗱𝘇𝗲𝗹 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗔𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮, for guiding us throughout the program.

To 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 who became part of 𝗕𝗜𝗡𝗛𝗜 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, thank you for helping us plant seeds of hope and cultivate a culture of care. May we continue to nurture these seeds beyond this gathering, one conversation and one act of kindness at a time. 🌻

𝐁𝐈𝐍𝐇𝐈 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 | 𝐈𝐓’𝐒 𝐀 𝐖𝐑𝐀𝐏! 🌻💛

Every seed planted, every story shared, and every conversation started has brought us one step closer to a more compassionate and understanding community. 🌱

The 𝗕𝗜𝗡𝗛𝗜: 𝗔𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗹 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗹𝗼 𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝘆𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮 seminar has officially come to an end, but the seeds of hope, awareness, and compassion we planted together will continue to grow beyond this day.

In celebration of 𝗦𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵, the NCST Psychology Society extends its heartfelt gratitude to our resource speaker, participants, master of ceremonies and everyone who contributed to making this meaningful gathering possible. Thank you for helping us cultivate a safe space where stories are heard, understanding begins, and compassion takes root.

May we carry the lessons we have learned and the connections we have made beyond this event. Let us continue to listen without judgment, offer kindness without hesitation, and remind one another that no one has to face life's challenges alone.

Just like the mirasol, may we continue to face the light, grow through life's challenges, and extend our warmth to those who need it most. 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗻𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵. 🌻

This may be the end of BINHI 2026, but it is only the beginning of the seeds we've planted. May they continue to grow in every heart, every conversation, and every act of kindness.

𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗱𝗼𝘄𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱. 💛

Just as sunlight helps sunflowers turn toward growth, we welcome a guiding light who will nurture our minds, inspire our hearts, and remind us of the importance of caring for one another.

The NCST Psychology Society proudly presents 𝗠𝘀. 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗮, 𝗥𝗣𝗺, 𝗟𝗣𝗧, 𝗖𝗠𝗛𝗧, also known as Ms. Ajhay, as our 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 for the upcoming seminar entitled 𝗕𝗜𝗡𝗛𝗜: 𝗔𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗹 𝗕𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗹𝗼 𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝘆𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝗴𝗸𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗮.

As the CEO of PsyCare Training and Development Services, Ms. Ajhay is dedicated to training and empowering future professionals to recognize their potential and grow in their chosen fields. She was also featured as an interviewee on DWAR Abante Radyo, where she helped raise awareness and promote understanding of life-saving efforts during the recent Su***de Prevention Month. Adding to her connection with our institution, she is also a former Psychology instructor at NCST.

With her knowledge and experience, Ms. Ajhay will bring meaningful insights to our seminar, reminding us that, just like sunflowers need sunlight to flourish, people need understanding, compassion, and support to thrive. May her words inspire us to become a source of light and hope for those who need it most.🌻✨

Sometimes, the people who seem okay are the ones silently carrying things we may never notice. They still laugh with us, join conversations, and show up every day, but that doesn't always mean they're doing well.

“𝗞𝗮𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝗸𝗮?” A simple question that may mean more than we realize. A message, a moment of listening, or the decision to stay beside someone can remind them that they don't have to face everything alone.

Through “𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘁”, we are reminded that we don't always know when someone starts to pull away. That's why checking in matters. We don't have to find the perfect words or have all the answers. Sometimes, being present and willing to listen is already a meaningful first step.

This 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆, let us be more mindful of the people around us. Notice the changes, reach out without judgment, listen with empathy, and remind one another that asking for help is not a sign of weakness.

Don't wait for the seat to become empty before you reach out.

𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲. 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝘂𝘁. 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆.
