𝟏𝐒𝐓 𝐄𝐗𝐄𝐂𝐔𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐌𝐄𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 (𝐀.𝐘. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕) | 𝐉𝐔𝐍𝐄 𝟏𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

Presided over by Governor Vladimir Jules A. Geralde, the session focused on introducing committee responsibilities under the KASAMA CBL, establishing application processes for vacant positions, and mapping out the academic year calendar.

Applications for Committee Heads will open after officer proclamations. Deputy and Undersecretary positions will be split evenly across a two-phase process (Pre-Enrollment and Post-Enrollment) to ensure sufficient manpower during Welcoming Week, with the addition of a Letter of Intent requirement.

The Multimedia Committee presented plans for the Brand Kit, Officers' Kit, and Photoshoot (retaining Type A/B uniforms with a white and yellow color scheme). Bulletin board renovations are planned post-Welcoming Week, and office revamps are scheduled for the third week of August. Committees are tasked with preparing initial event theme proposals (including theme names, mood boards, and concept stories) for the next strategic planning meeting.

The meeting was then adjourned, marking the successful conclusion of the semester's
legislative agenda with many resolutions passed and significant groundwork laid for
the academic year ahead.
