The event highlighted the importance of mental health and well-being through insightful discussions led by Dr. Lynna B. Marquelencia and Dr. Charlotte Cacho-Leigh, RGC. Participants explored mental health stigma, the value of compassion, and the importance of fostering understanding in a world where many struggles remain unseen.

Through meaningful conversations, interactive activities, and shared experiences, students were reminded that caring for our mental well-being begins with empathy, connection, and understanding ourselves and others. 💚🤍🦋

Spearheaded by the Organization Adviser, Muriel Jover, the 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 (𝗛𝗨𝗠𝗦𝗢𝗖) conducted a productive meeting focused on the comprehensive review and revision of the organization’s planned activities and existing by-laws.

The meeting served as an avenue for meaningful discussion, collaboration, and collective decision-making among the organization’s members. Key matters concerning the implementation of activities, organizational policies, responsibilities, and guidelines were discussed to ensure that they remain relevant, organized, and aligned with the goals and objectives of the society.

Through open dialogue and active participation, HUMSOC continues to strengthen its organizational foundation and promote responsible leadership, unity, and commitment among its members.

Together, we continue to build an organization that is organized, purposeful, and dedicated to serving the Human Services community. 💚🤍🦋
