Bizfluence 2026 brought together student teams, business partners, judges, and guests for a day of creativity, collaboration, and competition. Under the theme “𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐬, 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞,” participants presented websites and advertisements, joined the Money Moves Simulation, and showcased their business ideas.

The event concluded with the announcement of the overall winners and recognition of the partners and judges who helped make the program possible. Organizers thanked all participants and celebrated the Marketista spirit of the College of Business and Accountancy.

Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers worldwide, but finding it early makes treatment more effective. This month, let’s remind the women we love — our moms, sisters, friends, and daughters — to know their bodies, do regular self-checks, and talk to their doctor about screening. Because early detection saves lives.

𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐬: a new lump, changes in size or shape, skin dimpling, ni**le changes, or unusual discharge. If you notice something new, get checked right away — don’t wait.

To every fighter, survivor, and family affected — you are not alone. We see you, we support you, and we stand with you. We wear pink to support every fight!

The College of Engineering of PHINMA University or Iloilo held its success ladder ceremony with the theme “𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐬, 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫, 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚: 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩𝐬 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬” on 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐚𝐭 𝐏𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐌𝐀 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐥.

The celebration recognizes the hard work of Civil and Mechanical engineering students as they climb higher towards professional success. The awardees were presented with hardhats that symbolizes safety and responsibilities and pins which symbolizes their commitment as future engineers.

As they celebrate another milestone, esteemed guest speaker Engr. Aezy Adorio reminded the awardees to be consistent, to never stop learning, and to never forget where they have started as they move forward to be the builders of the future.

PHINMA University of Iloilo celebrated the newest set of licenced professionals with 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐀𝐋 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔: 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 for the 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐄 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐬 held on 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐌𝐀 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐥. This year's theme is "𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬" wherein university administrators, faculty, and students honored the recent Civil Engineer Licensure Examination Examinees.

The event recognised the dedication, determination and school pride of the 𝟐𝟔 𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐥𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬 from the University. Several speakers during the event lauded the passers for their resolve in preparing for the board exams and described their success as crucial not only for their career but also for the university.

The next generation of civil engineers can be the source of motivation to engineering students to study hard to be as successful as our new engineers. The PHINMA UI community congratulates all 26 passers for their achievement and offers all our best wishes as they enter the engineering industry.

Eighty-one years after its founding, the United Nations continues to bring nations together in pursuit of peace, cooperation, and human dignity. Under this year’s theme, “𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭, 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐀 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐥,” collective action remains essential in addressing conflict, inequality, and global challenges.

While borders define nations, they need not divide humanity. Through international cooperation, respect for human rights, and a shared commitment to sustainable development, countries can work together toward a safer, fairer, and more peaceful world.

This UN Day, let us turn trust into action and differences into opportunities for dialogue. By choosing cooperation over division, nations can work toward a future where peace, dignity, and progress are within everyone’s reach.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has released today, October 21, 2026, the licensure exam results for October 2026 Pharmacist.

PHINMA University of Iloilo garnered an 𝟖𝟖.𝟖𝟗% 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 for first time takers with 𝟒𝟖 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬 (𝐑𝐏𝐡).

The PRC announced a total of 𝟑,𝟖𝟑𝟎 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝟒,𝟗𝟒𝟒 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐬 in the 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐏𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐏𝐡𝐋𝐄) held in different testing centers all over the country on October 15 and 16, 2026 with the national passing rate of 𝟕𝟕.𝟒𝟕%%.

The fun-filled night of music, dance and lively performance capped the two-day CASadyahan 2026 celebration on 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟒 at PHINMA University of Iloilo with 𝐒𝐔𝐆-𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐖 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭.

Students stepped to the stage in front of the crowd to share talents, song and dance and get people in the celebratory spirit. An event's success was made possible through the work of the organizers, performers and student leaders.

It was clear that talent, friendship, and school spirit had helped bring the students and teachers at PHINMA University of Iloilo closer together.
