Here is the list of college pre-qualifiers for incoming freshmen based on the results of the University of Makati College Entrance Test (UMCET).

THIS LIST APPLIES TO 2nd BATCH OF MAKATI APPLICANTS.
Please personally report to the Center for Admission and Scholarship (CAS), Room 103, Ground Floor, Academic Building 2, University of Makati, on your assigned schedule.

Kindly take note of the following:
Processing Hours
8:00 AM–11:30 AM and 1:00 PM–4:30 PM

Further Screening and Interview
Qualified applicants will undergo further screening and interviews to be conducted by their respective colleges or institutes.

Program Placement Criteria
Program placement will be based on the following:
• UMak College Entrance Test (UMCET) results
• General Weighted Average (GWA) and individual subject grades
• Academic track/strand

Documents to Bring
• One (1) valid ID
• Original and photocopies of Grade 11 and Grade 12 Report Cards
• Original and photocopy of the Transcript of Records (TOR), if applicable
• Ballpen

The program placement process considers the following criteria:
• UMak College Entrance Test Results
• General Weighted Average (GWA) and individual subject grades
• Academic track/strand

Qualified applicants will undergo further screening and interviews to be conducted by their respective colleges and institutes.

Please personally report to the Center for Admission and Scholarship (CAS), Room 103, Ground Floor, Academic Building 2, University of Makati, on your assigned schedule.

Please note that there will be no scheduled processing every Friday (June 19, and 26) due to other important matters scheduled on those dates.

The UMak Faculty Evaluation System will reopen from May 4–8, 2026 for all colleges and institutes.

Here's how you can participate:

1. Log in using your UMak email account.
2. Access the Faculty Evaluation form via this link: https://umak.edu.ph/olfe.
3. Verify your schedule using your Certificate of Registration (COR) or Final Load (Official Change of Matriculation form) to ensure accurate evaluation.

For CCAPS Students:
All students under the CCAPS program enrolled in Thesis Writing and Dissertation subjects are not required to undergo faculty evaluation.

The evaluation form will be open from 6:00 AM to 11:59 PM during the extended dates.

If you are experiencing issues with your UMak email account, please proceed to the Center for Information Technology (CIT) department for assistance.
