Anita helped her preceptor with a community cooking demonstration at Lutheran Manor in Bethlehem. The residents enjoyed Lemony Alfredo Shrimp Primavera and Watermelon-Cucumber Salad. Anita also shared fun facts about the dish ingredients. Plus, check out that cool hairnet!

Camryn is getting hands-on with Community Nutrition! During her internship at The Food Trust, she is having a great time helping with nutrition education at local farmers' markets!!

Brandy is reviewing her Patient Visit Report during her clinical rotation at Holy Redeemer Hospital, to prepare for the patients she will be visiting that day. Each morning begins with reviewing the patient list and planning for the day ahead.

Alison is standing outside of the Radiation Oncology Center at Lehigh Valley Hospital. She has been learning so much about supporting patient’s nutritional needs during cancer treatment in the outpatient setting. Most of her days include educating patients on the importance of calories/protein during treatment.
