Work-Life and Organizational Effectiveness Lab Auburn University's Work-Life and Organizational Effectiveness Lab lead by Dr. Jesse Michel. The lab is under the direction of Dr. Jesse S. Michel.

Auburn's Work-Life and Organizational Effectiveness Lab studies work-life dynamics, personality and individual differences in the workplace, and scale development and validation to improve understanding and application in industrial and organizational psychology. We are part of the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program in the Department of Psychology at Auburn University.
