The REACH-TX Study aims to help improve outcomes for autistic children (ages 2–8) and their caregivers across Texas. REACH-TX is a virtual skill-building program for caregivers of autistic children (or children for whom caregivers are seeking a diagnosis) through The University of Texas at Austin. Participants gain access to specialized parent education and have the opportunity to attend live weekly group intervention sessions. All participants are compensated $35 for their time at the end of their three-month participation. 🔆💻

The Little Longhorn Lab will be hosting storytime and craft activities at We Rock the Spectrum - North Austin on Friday, September 25th. The event will be offered in the morning and afternoon with English and Spanish stories in both sessions. We hope to see you there!

Are you a mother to an infant or toddler and have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder? If so, you may qualify for the, "Boosting Language Opportunities for Optimal Mothering (BLOOM): Parenting Strategies in Bipolar Disorder,” is a fully virtual research study that includes developmental monitoring and the opportunity for intervention!

You may be eligible if you are a mother over the age of 18 who is diagnosed with bipolar disorder and whose child is between 6–36 months of age. Participants will receive $275 in gift cards and comprehensive reports about your child’s development. Involvement in the study will take about four months with surveys, interviews, assessments, and weekly meetings (i.e., if you are selected for intervention). 🌻🩵
