We asked adlabbers what their bonding looked like during the semester, and let’s just say it involved some pizza, getting chased by squirrels, and a little bit of chaos in between. AdLab team bonding is never boring.

We have only the most elite walkout songs here at the AdLabbies! 🎤🔥

“Today’s most important brand moments often aren’t happening in the posts themselves— they’re happening underneath them.”

Today’s brands aren’t just posting. They’re showing up in the comments. From humor to real-time engagement, comment sections have become a powerful space for building relevance, personality, and connection.

In our latest blog, we explore how brands are turning conversations into strategy — and why joining the dialogue might matter more than ever 👉https://www.buadlab.com/blog/bold-brands-talk-back-how-the-comments-section-is-fostering-brand-relevancy

We asked AdLabbers about their craziest bonding moments…the answers? squirrels, no money, and a lot of chaos 😭

Last All-Agency of the semester, and we’re finishing strong! 🎉

✨ This week, we got to hear from AdLab alumni and industry professionals Abby, Amanda, Ava, Katie, and Sarah about life after AdLab, entering the industry, and the advice they wish they had earlier. Huge thank you to all of them for sharing their time, experiences, and insight with us!

🎬 Around the agency, things are moving fast as teams lock in final edits, prep for presentations, and bring months of work closer to the finish line. From video cuts to campaign decks, everyone is in that final stretch mode.

🗣️ Departments also wrapped up their last meetings of the semester, giving teams a chance to check in, look back, and close out the year together.

🥳 We’re almost at the finish line, but not done just yet. See you at the Adlabbies!

We caught up with Ben Hall, Managing Director at Empathy Lab, an AI-native agency👀

He broke down what brands are getting wrong about AI and creativity, how young creatives can actually stand out, and why empathy still matters more than ever.
