Joining the University in 1983 as Associate Professor of Medicine, Monte Troutman, DO is currently TCOM’s Chief of the Gastroenterology Division in the Department of Specialized Medicine. He served as the past president of the Texas Osteopathic Medical Association - TOMA and was named the American College of Osteopathic Internists (ACOI) Internist of the Year in 2010.
