The work of estate planning involves many considerations, including the safekeeping of important documents, documentation of assets, preparation of legal instruments (e.g., wills, trusts, powers of attorney), insurance, charitable giving, designation of beneficiaries, and how a person will be cared for during their lifetime. Despite its importance only about three in ten Americans have created a Will.

Earlier this month, Mark Sedio ’76 and Kay Martin Seppala ’76 crossed paths at a kantele presentation at FinnFest. What a fun reminder that Auggie connections can happen anywhere!

Even more special: both Mark and Kay will be celebrating their 50th reunion during Homecoming, October 15–18!
