We are delighted to share that Dr. Shaohua Fang has accepted a tenure-track position in Linguistics and Psychology at Montclair State University!
After earning his Ph.D. in Linguistics from the University of Pittsburgh, Dr. Fang joined us as a CIFLTE Fellow (2023–2024), where he further developed his expertise in second language theory, research, and pedagogy. During his time at CIFLTE, he co-authored with Professor ZhaoHong Han:

Prior to this appointment, he served as the Ross-Lynn Postdoctoral Fellow at Purdue University and as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, contributing to a wide range of collaborative research initiatives.
