How does the U.S. Constitution and its Courts shape the environment in which American business and science operate?

In honor of America’s 250th anniversary, we're presenting a three-part lecture series exploring how the Constitution and the federal courts have helped shape American commerce, science, and innovation. Led by MBS Lecturer Ronald J. Levine, the series will take participants from the economic debates that helped inspire the Constitution to today’s questions surrounding AI governance, data privacy, and digital commerce—including a visit to a federal courthouse and an opportunity to hear directly from a sitting federal judge.
