Meet Sofia ’27, a Graphic Design major spending her summer as an Admin Coordinator Intern with 787 Coffee Co. in El Paso, Texas
Sofia works alongside the administration team to coordinate content, assists with social media management and designs creative assets for new products, menus and in-store promotions across coffee shop locations nationwide.
"My internship has given me hands-on experience working in a professional environment and producing content. I've also gained a deeper understanding of how a brand's identity translates across both digital and print formats."
