USF Child & Family Studies Child & Family Studies (CFS) is a department within the College of Behavioral & Community Sciences (CBCS) at the University of South Florida.

The Department of Child & Family Studies (CFS) is one of six departments and schools within the College of Behavioral & Community Sciences (CBCS) at the University of South Florida (USF). Since 1984, CFS has worked to support the development of new knowledge and practices through research and evaluation, theory, policy, and practice innovation. CFS efforts are consistent with the CBCS mission of c

ombining knowledge gained through the behavioral sciences with knowledge gained from the community. CFS faculty, staff and students, who are well immersed in the local community as well as state and national efforts, are deeply connected to the college's focus of Creating Healthy Communities. a Rehabilitation Counselor or Mental Health Counselor.

eligible for license as an LMHC in Florida within 1 year.
โ–ช๏ธ Must meet university criteria for appointment to the rank of
Instructor.

Last Friday Project iSEBA began their Summer Institute. Through July, the project will host free, in-person presentations open to the public.

The presentations will focus on distance learning and technology, math and literacy instruction, and school leadership strategies to support school-aged children with severe emotional and behavioral disorders.
